Starting with the end in mind

Our inspiration and plan was to end up with an IMOCA-like boat. Similar characteristics but smaller. Smaller boat, smaller sails, and much less sophisticated than today’s foiling boats.

We had some very good early help from the boat’s original designers, but in the end we wanted a local project and worked with our Italian team to get the design and engineering input we needed.
